Jiangxi Fuling Auto Parts Co., Ltd was founded in 2002, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, is a high-tech automobile & engine parts manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, design, production and sales。

Since its establishment more than 20 years ago, Fuling has invested 150 million yuan, purchased 460™00m² of land, built factories, technical centers, office buildings, and sta✔ff dormitories 35000m², and created a garden-style ​modern factory. Fuling has 200 high-quality employees, including 50 prof essional and technical personnel. Our workshop is equipped with a Japanese Sinto automatic molding line (automatic pour≈ing), an American Hunter automatic molding line, a shell line, an automatic core wire, more than 30 sets of precision CNC processing equipment, over 30 sets of testing equipment. Our product material covers gray iron, ductile iron, vermicular iron, high silicon molyb₹denum, high nickel, etc. Fuling mainly produces exhaust manifold, crankshaft main cover,∞ turbocharger intermediate housing and turboshell, differential housing, steering knuckle, caliper bracket, etc., and has a casting capacity of over 15,000 tons.

Fuling has passed IATF16949 quality management system certificati•on, ISO14000 environmental system certificate, IS018000 Occupational heal↑th system certificate and energy management system cert♠ification. Fuling's digitalization and informatization have made great progre♣ss in June 2024. MES system has been put into operation and connects with ERP system. Robots are also being put into operation one after another.
